To introduce this conference, Jérôme Gayet the founder of B.D.C, stressed on the caracteristics of the new consumer in the socio-economic context that is emerging for 2012. In fact, the firms must inevitably raise their skills in Business Development and invest constantly in new Information Systems if they wish to increase their customer value.

B.D.C wants through the Hub, its new Business Center (read the article on the Business Center), to welcome and support innovative firms and independent consultants development in the city of Lille. The Hub’s concept has recently seduced Nicolas Malo, independent consultant in Digital Marketing & Commerce Analytics. He thus chose the Hub to create in September 2011 Optimal Ways, his recently created consulting firm.

Over the past 30 years, China has developed a very strong industrial culture, thus becoming the first industrial power in the world. This power provides China with legitimacy and confidence in its ability to manufacture almost all kinds of products at highly competitive prices. Nevertheless, the directors of Chinese firms do not know yet how to develop a brand culture.
